Working alongside OBR Construction, Everclad delivered a full external refurbishment package at Plas Arthur Leisure Centre in North Wales. The project involved the installation of a PSP Matrix IP pre-coated galvanised steel secret-fix rainscreen system, complemented by a 0.7 mm Plastisol single-skin rainscreen cladding to refresh and modernise the building envelope.
Our team supplied and installed an Ash & Lacy Twin-Skin system, complete with AshGrid support and high-performance Rockwool insulation, ensuring the building benefits from improved thermal efficiency, long-term durability and a clean, contemporary appearance.
The works formed a key part of the centre’s wider upgrade programme, with careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to operations throughout the refurbishment.
