Everclad’s Manchester work extends across every borough of Greater Manchester — Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside and Wigan — wherever a building needs an EWS1 assessment, a FRAEW/PAS 9980 survey, or cladding remediation carried out.
Cladding remediation isn’t confined to city centres — plenty of affected buildings sit in the boroughs surrounding Manchester, and getting a specialist team out to them shouldn’t be harder because of a postcode. We treat every borough in Greater Manchester as core coverage, not an add-on to the Manchester page.
We deliver the full process as principal contractor or specialist subcontractor: EWS1 form assessments, FRAEW/PAS 9980 fire risk appraisals, cladding removal and remediation, and direct liaison with managing agents, freeholders and leaseholder groups on next steps and funding routes such as the Cladding Safety Scheme.
All work is carried out by SafeContractor, CHAS, ConstructionLine and Cyber Essentials-accredited teams with IOSH-trained site staff, wherever in Greater Manchester your building is.

We cover every borough in Greater Manchester — Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside and Wigan — alongside our core project work in Manchester itself.
Timelines vary depending on building height, scaffold access and the scope of cladding, insulation and firebreak works required — we’ll confirm a project-specific programme once the initial site survey is complete.
Yes. We hold SafeContractor, CHAS, ConstructionLine and Cyber Essentials accreditation, and our site teams are IOSH-trained on every project.
We work as principal contractor and as a specialist subcontractor, coordinating directly with housing associations, managing agents and main contractors.
Lenders still widely ask for an EWS1 form, but government guidance under the Building Safety Act 2022 is moving toward FRAEW/PAS 9980 external wall assessments. We carry out whichever your lender, insurer or building safety case requires, and can advise if you’re not sure which applies.
The Building Safety Fund closed to new applications on 1 September 2025. Buildings over 11 metres now apply for remediation funding through the Cladding Safety Scheme via the Building Remediation Hub — we can help establish whether your building qualifies.
