Everclad successfully completed recladding works at 17A Lydia Ann Street, Liverpool, on behalf of M&Y Maintenance and Construction, forming part of a wider fire remediation programme. The scheme involved upgraded facade works designed to improve fire performance while enhancing the overall appearance of the building, including the top floor units and front elevation.
As with all remediation schemes of this type, careful coordination was required to ensure the new external works aligned with current requirements while also delivering a clean and robust finished result for the client and wider project team.
The completed scheme has brought a clear visual uplift to the building, with the new facade works strengthening both the performance and appearance of the external envelope.
Delivered quickly and smoothly by the Everclad team, the project was completed with quality, safety and compliance at the forefront throughout, and successfully signed off in line with programme.
