Completed in South Manchester, Everclad delivered a major facade package at Didsbury Point on behalf of Bridgestone Construction. The scheme incorporated Genius panels with a FastFrame support system, alongside traditional textured standing seam to the mansard roof on a Tata and axial build-up. Together, these elements helped create a clean, well-resolved external finish across this modern residential development.
As a large-scale package with multiple interfacing elements, the project required a consistent and coordinated approach throughout design and installation. The result is a facade that performs technically while also contributing strongly to the overall architectural character of the building.
The completed elevations now read clearly at both development scale and closer detail level, showing the value of strong product selection, careful installation and coordinated delivery across the wider envelope.
